Twenty years and more than a thousand families later, I still believe the same thing I believed on my first listing: the home is the easy part. The right home, the right terms, the right timing, the right people on both sides of the table — that's the work. That's where I earn my place in your story.
My practice spans the California coast from Malibu's sea-stack coves down through the South Bay and across the Orange County shoreline to Dana Point. I run three regional brands so the local knowledge stays local, and I anchor all of it at Keller Williams Luxury International out of our Torrance office. Off-market pocket listings, estate sales, multi-generational compounds, first-home cottages, and everything in between — if it's on this coast, I either know it or know the person who does.
Most of my clients come from a referral or a long-running conversation. Many were guests on my podcast first. Some I've sold the same family three homes over fifteen years. The throughline is the same: I treat every transaction as a long arc, not a single closing. That's how the relationships keep compounding — and how the next move always feels less like a leap.
